Irvine Lake is host to many types of events. The Lake is a great outdoor venue for all your needs from Cook-off’s, Corporate Picnics, Family Reunions, Birthday Parties, Fishing Tournaments, Weddings, Quinceaneras, Concerts and overnight camping and Scout trips. GENERAL INFORMATION FOR WEDDINGS AND EVENTS:
Events may be scheduled between the operating hours of 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. Evening events may be subject to a $15/hour service fee, depending upon the day and time of year. However, hours are subject to flexibility. If you choose to decorate your function area, it is accessible three hours prior to your scheduled event. (If this is a problem please contact us, and we will make arrangements.)
Irvine Lake employees can only dispense alcohol. All alcohol must be purchased through Irvine Lake. Irvine Lake’s liquor license requires the lake to request photo identification on any person who is of questionable age and to refuse alcohol service if the person is underage or proper identification cannot be furnished and also to the right to refuse alcohol service to any person, who in the servers’ judgment, appears intoxicated.
All candle decorations must meet the approval of the Special Events Director Office. Irvine Lake does not permit anything to be affixed to the trees, tables, etc… without prior approval from the Events Office.
A final guest count is due 10 days prior to your event.
Food or beverages are allowed to be brought onto the premises by an outside source with prior verification of the Events Office. Alcohol is never allowed to be brought onto the premises by an outside source. All outside caterers must list Irvine Lake as additionally insured. Call office for more details.
Disc Jockey and Bands welcomed all music and all amplified sound must end by 10:00pm as per the Orange County Noise Ordinance.
All parking is complimentary. All guests will park in the asphalt parking lot, right of the entrance gate.
STANDARD DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT
A deposit of 50% of the proposed total is required in order to make the reservation definite. Final payment is due two weeks prior to your event.
Irvine Lake is not responsible for damage or loss of any items or articles left at the facility prior to or following the event.
SERVICE CHARGE AND SALES TAX
A 20% service charge and current sales tax will be added on to the cost of all food and beverages, as well as any applicable labor fees.
Patrons agree to vacate the facility at the contracted closing time. In the event, the facility is occupied past the contracted closing time; the client agrees to pay $100 per hour.
